You know those moments where everything is peaceful and perfect? Well, you have a few of those - and you could use more of them.Try to get rid of as much stress and noise as possible in your life. True joy comes from true simplicity.
Also, try to develop an attitude of gratitude in your life. It's a lot easier to be joyful when you're thankful.
