Both my dogs, Penny and Paddington, are unfortunately susceptible to a touch of wind. I don't have too much of a problem with this as long as they're outside or in another room.
The problem I do have though, is that they tend to pass wind silently.
As we have leather sofas, one badly timed movement will often lead to a rather embarrassing sound. This, if timed even worse, can lead to looks of suspicion towards the last person who moved.
Why, oh why, is that usually me?

I'll just drain this last glass of cider and everything will be better in the morning.
No reasons, no causes. Just me.
Today has been OK.
I just wish I could persuade myself to believe that it was true.
