If, like me, you find Windows Live Hotmail is not giving you notifications of comments on your blog(s) don't be like me and flounder unnecessarily.

Open your Hotmail account as if to access your emails.

Click on the "Options" tag at the upper right hand side of the screen.
Click on "More options"
Then click on "safe and blocked senders"
Click on "Blocked Senders"
Then click on the next "Blocked Senders" button and check to see whether "info[at]blog.co.uk" is there - if it is click on it to tick (check) it and then click on "Remove from List"

Performing this seemingly so stupidly easy task will prevent you from feeling that all your friends on BCUK are ignoring you on purpose.

I should know. It happened to me and I can't remember ever having blocked any mail from them.

So there you have it. A simple remedy for a simple mistake made by a simple man (me!)

Apologies if this comes across like I'm trying to teach granny to suck eggs, but some of us are fairly simple folk. I include myself in that sentiment. ;)
